A little expensive, but definitely cheaper than the dealership. I took my 2016 MINI Cooper Countryman here for regular servicing, state inspection, and a new thermostat. Total was about ~$800. But very kind people, very considerate, and communicative. If you have a BMW or MINI in FXBG, I definitely recommend! Update 8/9 - I've now taken my MINI to IAS for regular servicing and major repairs, the latest of which was a new clutch and flywheel. Not cheap repairs, but less than half the price of the stealership's quote for just the clutch. Wonderful staff like Aaron and Bobby make every visit there a pleasure, even if there is a chunk gone from my wallet. Tis the price I pay for having the car I have, though. Their pricing is more than fair, and their availability has always been a saving grace... I've never had to drive with my car in an unsafe condition. 5 stars, without reservation. You can't ask for a better mechanic shop, especially in Central/Northern Virginia.

Very personal and fix it right the first time.

We have used their services for a number of years, you can always count on honesty and outstanding work. They explain work needed in a way that is easy to understand. They go so far above the standard of service. They can always resolve any issue and go out of their way to assist. They plan well and offer alternatives and excellent advice. Their prices are very fair as well and they deliver on time.I will always utilize them and many of my work colleagues do as well. Definitely 5 stars.
