Today, I experienced their exceptional service firsthand. It is immediately clear why they come so highly recommended and have enjoyed such long standing success. I scheduled my appointment through their website and received a prompt follow up call the very next morning. They had the exact brand of motor oil I requested and provided on the spot quotes for future maintenance. I cannot praise this team enough and give them an 11 out of 10 recommendation. This is a kind, fast group of folks. I had a dead battery, and after AAA replaced, I drove the car over and received assistance with the required software upgrade, as well an overdue state inspection. Really appreciated their quick service, and location, and patience with us doing pickup near the end of their day right at 4:45 pm.

I brought my 1996 E-36 328i to IAS for an oil service, a brake light circuit issue, and a few other maintenance items. I brought my car to IAS due to their well-earned reputation for top-notch customer service and exceptional car care. I was greeted by the friendly service manager and even had a chance to speak with some of the technicians before leaving my car and heading home. In due course the work was completed with a full explanation of all that was done, for a more than fair price. After saying goodbye to some of the staff, I drove off with full confidence that the IAS team had once again performed superbly and that my E-36 would continue to operate just as superbly. I, and many others, have long been convinced that IAS is the premiere Independent Shop on the east coast - find out for yourself!

This was the first time using International Auto Specialists for service. The manager Bobby was excellent to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about a couple of issues they saw with our vehicle that will need to be addressed. I will be back in a couple of weeks for service on our other vehicle.
