This was the first time using International Auto Specialists for service. The manager Bobby was excellent to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about a couple of issues they saw with our vehicle that will need to be addressed. I will be back in a couple of weeks for service on our other vehicle.

Great service support as always!! I had a check engine light for a Secondary Air Injection System on my 2004 SLK230. I had fixed this same issue 6k miles ago and I couldn't figure the problem out this time. It's very difficult because the system only operates for about 60 seconds or so when the engine is cold. They took their time and eventually found a massive air leak in a component that feeds the overall system, that isn't mentioned in any online video or manual I've looked at. These older cars can be tricky, but they always figure things out. I highly recommend them.

Bobby and his team did great work on fixing a prior repair that was done incorrectly by another mechanic and then gave me a diagnostic that included possible future repairs and considerations. He then went on to plan these is phases for me so I could prepare and save. No “surprises”. Very communicative and helpful. 10/10 recommend for European vehicles.
