Not only are they much more convenient that doing to the dealer, they do a better job and don't tell you that you need to fix things that aren't broken.

I was happy with experience, the only thing I wasn't happy is when one of the mecanics drove my BMW for several minutes before the service was done. I didn't say a thing at the moment but I felt unconfortable with his audacity
The staff there are extremely courteous and helpful. They always let me know what really needs to be done and what I need to think about coming down the pike. I never feel pressured and their prices are very fair.
