Fredericksburg Auto Repair

I usually take all my vehicles to Roses Auto, after trying to get in for a simple inspection for several days and being treated like they cant bother with me. I decided to look elsewhere. Just out of chance i stopped in at international just down the street from Roses and was greeted by a very nice person I asked if they could do an inspection and I was willing to wait. They said we would be happy to do it and it shouldn't take too long. I expected to wait because was a walk in but they took the car back within a few minutes. The front of the shop was spotless and I was offered snacks and a beverage. The owners son came out and gave me a tour of the shop and bays (immaculate) while I waited for the inspection. I look forward to taking all of my other vehicles to this shop for service.

This was my first time using International to work on my 2017 VW Alltrack. Very professional team who wanted my business unlike the dealership.. They were able to work me into their schedule to get my car diagnose and later fixed. It was done on time and within the cost quoted.

The staff is always friendly and professional. For myself, it is a pleasure to feel that my mechanic knows more about the nuances of my vehicle than I do - this is not always the case with other repair shops!

I have dealt with Bobby, Mike, & Will on several occasions for my BMW. They are always polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I know my car is in good hands when it is being serviced at either one of their locations!

Had my 135i transmission fluid and integrated pan/filter changed. pan/filter was a little late arriving to shop. very friendly staff and actual work didn't run late. will go back for additional maintenance when needed!

Had my mini cooper repaired by them and all is good, their work is top notch and pricing is very good.
