Once again Nathan and Kevin came through for me repairing my Audi. It was a very long and tedious job sand took some time to repair but in the end they got it done. My air bag light came on and the culprit was due to a mouse. The little critter chewed on numerous wires that run along the entire right side of the car. After several attempts to repair it was determined to run all new wires. A big thanks goes out to Nathan who said to contact my car insurance company and what do you know, USAA covered it and the process was painless. Another BIG thanks goes out to Kevin, the technician, who was the one that fixed the problem but it wasn’t an easy one but he got it done. He took pictures of the damage and showed it to the insurance rep which was vital in submitting the claim. These guys are hands down the best and that is why they are the only ones I take my Audi to for any maintenance or repairs. Thanks again guys!!!
