The customer service I received was exceptional. Will Doughty broke down everything to me so that I understood what my vehicle needed and most importantly the why. All of the staff were very professional and courteous. This was my first time bringing my BMW for service and I will be returning. I didn't feel that this service center was a nickel and dimer. I felt that I was in good hands and this is coming from a woman. Most shops see a female and try to get one over on us.... not this place.

These guys are great. The techs know what they're doing and take the time to explain it to you. The shop is spotless, and that gives me a feeling of confidence in the quality of the work performed. I wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else.
Outstanding service. Took mt 08 911 c4s in for an oil change and state inspection. They washed it and it was ready on time. Thye also noticed a rear tail light was loose-and took care of that. Great car folks and I highly recommend.
