It was once again time for an oil service so I brought my beloved Bimmer to IAS as usual. There I was cheerfully greeted by the Service Manager, my car's needs were handled promptly, I had a chance to thank the technician, and I was on my way in short order. Doesn't sound like much, but, it was so typical of ANY service work done at IAS.

Recently bought a pre-owned BMW and needed service. I was hesitant to even buy it because of the distance to the closest BMW dealer for service.
