Brought my 1996 328i to IAS to look at a "smoke in the engine well" issue. I was concerned that the car's engine was overheating which might lead to permanent damage. The team at IAS quickly diagnosed the issue and determined it to be a valve assembly gasket leak. They recommended fixes and assured me the necessary parts would soon be available soon to make the necessary repairs. All in all, this was another positive experience at IAS. Always cheerful, always professional, always helpful - a pleasure to do business with.

Excellent customer service, great work on my vehicles! These guys are experts on BMW vehicles. I've taken 2 BMWs to them for work, both delivered on time and done correctly. I've been taking my Mini Cooper to the Princess Anne shop for inspection and annual checkup for 6 years now. We like to wander around Fredericksburg while my car is being serviced. Before we know it, we get the text to come and pick it up (usually less than 2 hours).
