Excellent service!

Top notch - as always. I have a BMW and my wife has a Mercedes. The downtown shop takes care of BMW and the Lafayette shop takes care of the Mercedes. Although German cars are not always the cheapest to fix, both shops do a great job, LISTEN to my concerns, and explain everything very well. I never feel pressure and their work and customer service are top notch!

Great service, great techs all the time.

Routine oil change and inspection. Weather was going to be bad when I took it in. I called the day before and they offered to have me bring it in that night instead. They took good care of it overnight and performed the services as expected the next day. Everyone is friendly, loves nice cars and are accommodating as they can be. They let me know what potential services were coming up as well.

Although this place is high tech with all the latest and knowlegable people throughout, they have a old school feel. Great customer service without extra fluff to over charge you. I just bought my first real sports car and they have helped to make the experience worth it. Now I don't have to worry about my wife saying 'I TOLD YOU SO" this place is great!
