My 1996 E-36 was due for its Annual State Inspection. During the inspection a "brake light failure" issue was quickly uncovered and reviewed with me by the Service Manager. After a quick "OK" from me, parts were ordered, delivered, installed in short order, and I was on my way after spending a little time in the well-appointed customer lounge. IAS's reputation for highly competent technicians and very personable customer service personnel is well deserved.
