I was looking for a new place to take our Mercedes for service and... WOW!!! completely blown away by the level of service and the employees that I interacted with, I can't see us taking our cars any where else for service.

Top notch - as always. I have a BMW and my wife has a Mercedes. The downtown shop takes care of BMW and the Lafayette shop takes care of the Mercedes. Although German cars are not always the cheapest to fix, both shops do a great job, LISTEN to my concerns, and explain everything very well. I never feel pressure and their work and customer service are top notch!

Great service, great techs all the time.

Routine oil change and inspection. Weather was going to be bad when I took it in. I called the day before and they offered to have me bring it in that night instead. They took good care of it overnight and performed the services as expected the next day. Everyone is friendly, loves nice cars and are accommodating as they can be. They let me know what potential services were coming up as well.

Very satisfied with the work that was done on vehicle. The service was quick and I was informed about what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. I have found my new auto repair shop! MIchelle
