Excellent customer service, great work on my vehicles! These guys are experts on BMW vehicles. I've taken 2 BMWs to them for work, both delivered on time and done correctly. They take the time to explain any questions, help you understand what needs to be done and why, and stand behind their work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

I've been taking my Mini Cooper to the Princess Anne shop for inspection and annual checkup for 6 years now. We like to wander around Fredericksburg while my car is being serviced. Before we know it, we get the text to come and pick it up (usually less than 2 hours).

These guys were terrific! JJ was upfront and honest with his diagnosis of the problem with our Mercedes and was extremely fair with his quote for the work. I will only take my Mercedes there from here on.
