Nathan and the rest of the international auto specialists were great! Made it easy to setup a pre-purchase inspection. After the dealership dropped the car off the inspection was thorough e.g. testing every button, picked up on minor irregularities, tested it on the road, etc. Most importantly after the inspection they were super patient explaining their findings over the phone (I would assume in person they would be just as patient). They also helped me figure out whether items they noticed during the inspection were a deal breaker, or a note-to-self kind of issue.
